Lido 14 Class Association Bylaws

The Lido 14 Class Assn. amends its Bylaws from time to time based upon membership requests and Governing Board suggestions. Bylaw changes require the majority vote of the membership with such votes typically occurring at the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting occurs in July or August of each year.
The Approved Changes listing, which is an appendix of the Bylaws, is subject to revision based upon a majority vote of the Governing Board, which meets 4+ times per year. Consult the BowWave newsletter for official updates to the Approved Changes list.
