As the leaves fall and the rains begin I thought it time to report on our fleets summer activities at Fern Ridge Lake in Eugene. Participation from our fleet was excellent this past summer with 10-12 boats on the line each Wednesday evening. With very few exceptions we had favorable winds each night and only one "gear buster" that I recall. Kudos' to those few who braved both capsize and broken gear in gusts to over 25 knots.

Special recognition to family crew members and Junior All Stars went to Jaxon Skeen and Trevor Merrifield.
Triton Yacht Club acknowledged Brianna Bale for her first ever Lido experience in crewing with John Papadopoulos to win the Emerald Cup in June.
